Identity - The Love Letter Series
The Love Letter Series is focused on the overwhelming love story between God and mankind. The Bible is the greatest love letter of all time, but it is only a glimpse into the depths of God’s heart. The Word of God is the foundation of our faith, yet His passionate pursuit cannot be contained to a leather-bound book. God is still writing His love letter to you today. The relationship He desires with you is intimate and ever-evolving—leading you to grow and experience His presence in new ways everyday. My prayer is that this series would help you to see how deeply cherished you are by your Creator. I hope it encourages you to pursue a deeper relationship with the One who has been pursuing you since before time began.
This painting is titled Identity. When we read God’s great love letter, our perspective shifts. As we learn who God is and understand His heart, our identity is revealed through Him. We begin to realize who He has created us to be!
Jesus has deemed you righteous! Not because of your good works, but because of His work on the cross. He washed you clean and wrapped you in favor! He has called you a child of God; chosen and set apart. He calls you redeemed, set free, and more than a conqueror!
As we choose to walk in this truth, we build our lives on Jesus Christ—the rock of our salvation. When that truth permeates our hearts, our lives are changed forever.
