Walk By Faith
In every walk of faith, there are moments when the heat turns up, the pressure is on, and the battle rages. Maybe you’re in one of those moments now! It’s during these times when the rubber hits the road and we have to make a choice.
Will we trust or will we retreat?
Will we move forward in faith or let fear have its way?
There’s a reason Paul calls it the “good fight of faith” in 1 Timothy 6:12. It’s quite literally a battle to stand in faith when we have the worries of this world demanding our attention. When we are drowning in thoughts of panic, we have to stand on His Word and keep walking in faith!
Day by day, hour by hour, even minute by minute--we have to take captive those thoughts of doubt and fear and replace them with the Word of God! Replace the panic with praises!
You are not fighting this battle alone! Be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. (Eph 6:10) Choose to keep your eyes on God knowing that He has never failed. Choose to trust Him in every situation knowing He’s working it for your good. And finally, walk in faith in every moment knowing that God is with you in every step.
