In His Strength
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -Isaiah 40:31
When the storms linger,
And burdens weigh heavy,
When battles rage fierce,
And my strength feels unsteady,
I look to the Lord,
My Comfort, my Light
He is my Source,
Where hope takes its flight.
Though my tears may fall,
His hope calls me to rise--
Above the valleys, the chaos,
The peaks, and the skies.
His presence is everything,
He restores my soul,
I soar like an eagle,
In Him, I’m made whole.
My soul sings of freedom,
I lift my arms in praise,
In Him I keep trusting,
Upon Him, I fix my gaze.
I will run and not grow weary,
I will walk and not faint,
For my hope is the Lord,
And He renews my strength.
